Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof (photos or videos) of the defect or damage.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or beauty products unless defective.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
